What to Expect When You Book a Live Wedding Painting
Step 1
Submit an Enquiry Form
Once you fill out the enquiry form, I’ll get back to you within 24 hours. If I’m available for your date, I’ll secure your booking with a 25% deposit.
Step 3
Wedding Day Setup
I’ll arrive about 2 hours early to set up. I’ll begin by painting the background based on the moment you’ve chosen to be captured. All I need for my workspace is:

Step 5
Live Painting Begins!
I’ll sketch the scene and start bringing the painting to life using the reference photos. Your guests can enjoy watching the artwork unfold throughout the night, and you’re always welcome to pop over for a peek.
Step 7
Final Touches & Delivery
While the painting will look mostly complete on the night, I take it home to refine it with an additional 10–15 hours of detail and magic. Once finished and varnished, your artwork will be delivered to you within 2–3 months.
Step 2
A Personal Consultation
We’ll have a relaxed phone consultation where we chat through your vision for the painting. If you prefer, I can dream up a beautiful concept for you! This will take place about 1 month before your wedding.
Step 4
Photo References
After the ceremony, I’ll meet you at our planned spot for some quick reference photos, or I can capture them discreetly during the ceremony, depending on your preference.
Step 6
The End-of-Night Reveal
Before I pack up, I’ll do a special reveal so you can see your painting nearly finished!
